Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and monitor vital signs accurately
Administer medications and treatments per care plans and standing orders
Document patient conditions, interventions, and responses in a timely manner
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to ensure excellent outcomes
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity and independence
Communicate clearly with patients and families, providing education and emotional support

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but new grads are welcome to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable and patient-focused
Ability to pass background and health screenings as required by the facility

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program; high school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of nursing fundamentals and medication administration
Proficient with charting and maintaining accurate patient records
Comfortable with IVs, wound care, and common clinical procedures (as applicable)
Good clinical judgment, strong assessment skills, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
