Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform timely and accurate documentation of patient status and interventions
Monitor vital signs and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
Support admissions, discharges, and smooth patient transitions
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver great outcomes

Qualifications

Active LPN license (licensed practical nurse) — ability to practice in Georgia required
Graduate of an accredited LPN program or equivalent clinical training
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with medication administration, patient assessments, and documentation
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and health screenings

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Familiarity with infection control and patient safety standards
Comfort using Electronic Medical Records or willingness to learn quickly
Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced hospital environment
