Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy care to patients across the lifespan
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on meaningful outcomes
• Document thoroughly in Epic to ensure clear, timely clinical records
• Supervise and develop therapy assistants involved in patient care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent patient-centered care
• Manage caseload and time effectively to maximize patient access and outcomes
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards and pursue continuous professional development

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy, including orthopedics and neurology as applicable
• Comfort treating a broad age range (approximately ages 10 to 100)
• Strong documentation skills, experience with Epic preferred
• Experience supervising or mentoring therapy assistants
• Excellent customer service, time management, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work evening shifts during the clinic window of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
