Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, and toileting while promoting dignity
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support the nursing team by completing assigned tasks efficiently and reliably
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow facility policies for safety and infection control

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts and available for per diem assignments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Compassionate patient-centered care and strong bedside manner
• Basic vital signs measurement and documentation skills
• Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
• Reliable time management and the ability to follow care plans
• Positive teamwork and clear communication with patients, families, and staff
