Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular impairments to identify rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based plans of care to help patients reach functional goals
• Deliver hands-on treatment and therapeutic interventions using appropriate treatment techniques
• Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs and injury prevention to maximize long-term outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and clinicians to coordinate high-quality care
• Document patient progress, outcomes and treatment plans accurately and timely
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a supportive clinic culture

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university (required)
• Active Arkansas Physical Therapy license (Compact allowed)
• Certification in CPR (required)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• Prior experience with manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation and/or pelvic floor therapy is highly preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented mindset

Education

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university (required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient patient assessment and evaluation techniques
• Skilled in outpatient physical therapy treatment planning and implementation
• Familiarity with common treatment techniques for musculoskeletal and vestibular conditions
• Ability to create measurable goals and track patient outcomes
• Excellent documentation, time management and patient education skills
• Collaborative approach to working with interdisciplinary teams
