Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Various 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays

Candidate Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Adapt quickly to new protocols and electronic health records
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan (or compact state)
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med/Surg
BLS certification from AHA required
ACLS preferred
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient assignments
Proficiency in EHR systems
