Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and independence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home exercises

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapist license required
Certification by NBCOT strongly preferred
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Team collaboration and adaptability in fast-paced environments
