Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
Support patients' emotional and social needs with kindness and respect

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Ability to work a flexible, per diem schedule
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety protocols
Infection control procedures
Empathy and active listening
Basic medical terminology
