Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team
Implement treatment plans and adapt activities to patient needs
Educate patients and families on exercise programs and home safety

Qualifications

Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in California
Completion of an accredited COTA program
Current CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred
Must be willing to travel for 14-week assignment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
