Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM night shift, as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
BLS certification required (ACLS preferred for RNs)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Ability to float to different units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
