Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student participation
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Adapt activities and environments to enhance student independence

Qualifications

Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current state license as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passion for helping students achieve their full potential

Education

Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy assessment and intervention techniques
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based therapy documentation
