Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists to help patients regain mobility and independence
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Pennsylvania (or compact eligibility)
CPR certification (BLS) required
At least one year of recent experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
Must be comfortable working in a long-term care environment

Knowledge & Skills

Solid understanding of therapeutic exercises and modalities
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families
Ability to adapt treatment techniques to individual patient needs
Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records
