Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and independence
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain before start)
A passion for helping others and making a real difference
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (MPT or DPT)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in evaluating and treating orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation
Knowledge of evidence-based practice and therapeutic modalities
Strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
