Shift Type: Days, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, with weekend and holiday call requirements

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgery
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery
Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately

Qualifications

Active RN license in Idaho (or compact state)
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience preferred
Experience in trauma, neuro, and orthopedic surgeries required
Call availability for weekends and holidays as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of surgical asepsis and sterile technique
Proficient in circulating and scrubbing roles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with OR equipment and instrumentation
