Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop personalized therapy plans to improve communication and quality of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises

Qualifications

Valid Speech Therapist license in Illinois (or compact license eligible)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
DCI/BVP certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Therapist preferred
Willingness to complete Prime Core Competencies Exam and Skills Checklist

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in documentation and electronic health records
Flexibility to adapt to different patient populations and settings
