Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team
Help create a positive and encouraging environment for recovery

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in South Dakota (must be currently active)
Less than 1 year of experience welcome - new grads encouraged to apply!
CPR certification preferred but not required
Ability to work day shifts and provide holiday coverage as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Basic computer skills for documentation
