Shift Type: Friday, July 19, 2026; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with 30-minute meal break

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
Support patients and their families with education and emotional care

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in Maryland
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
BLS certification required
Completion of COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption
Ability to work per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in electronic health records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management and organizational skills
