End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, every other weekend commitment

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients
Support patient mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort
Build meaningful connections with residents and their families every day

Qualifications

Active LNA license in Vermont or New Hampshire (compact eligible)
BLS certification from American Heart Association
At least 6 months of experience in a long-term care or similar setting
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
Own reliable transportation - area public transit is limited

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication skills to collaborate with the care team
Empathy and patience to support patients with diverse needs
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills for documentation
Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and schedules
