Shift Type: NOC shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Document care provided accurately and timely
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assistant principles and procedures
Excellent bedside manner and patient advocacy
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
