Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the imaging department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule imaging staff to maintain coverage and professional growth
• Oversee operational workflows and drive continuous improvement in imaging services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and hospital policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and administration to support patient-centered care
• Utilize Cerner charting to monitor performance, quality metrics, and documentation integrity
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and orientation for new imaging team members

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (required)
• BLS (AHA) certification current
• BSN required (per job posting)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in imaging leadership or management
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic charting system

• Thorough knowledge of imaging modalities, workflows, and quality assurance
• Ability to navigate acute care environments and interdisciplinary collaboration
