Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (night shift; specific days not specified)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, prioritizing dignity and comfort
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders
- Perform routine assessments and document changes in resident condition clearly
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and basic clinical procedures within scope
- Communicate effectively with residents and families to foster trust and understanding
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe care environment
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts LPN license (candidates with RN license also encouraged to inquire)
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Successful background check and compliance with facility onboarding requirements
- Comfortable working overnight shifts and able to manage clinical priorities at night
- Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is a plus
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN)
- For RN applicants: Associate Degree in Nursing or higher

- Medication administration and accurate charting
- Basic assessment skills and recognizing changes in resident condition
- Strong communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
- Infection prevention, safe patient handling, and resident safety practices
- Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care
