Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse
Location: Andover, MA
Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (night), days of week to be confirmed with facility
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and support their daily needs
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining clear documentation
- Monitor residents’ status, recognize changes, and escalate concerns to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and providers to deliver coordinated care plans
- Support rehabilitation goals and assist with mobility, ADLs, and restorative care
- Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up instructions
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control best practices
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license (eligible to practice in Massachusetts)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification or willingness to obtain promptly
- Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work night shifts and contribute to a positive unit culture
- Pass required background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Education
- LPN: Practical Nursing diploma or certificate
- RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and accurate clinical documentation
- Resident assessment and monitoring skills
- Familiarity with long-term care and rehabilitation nursing practices
- Comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Basic electronic medical record (EMR) charting experience preferred
