Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and provide compassionate behavioral health care to individuals in the facility
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that make a difference
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions with clinical confidence
- Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation to maintain a safe environment
- Document clinical encounters clearly and timely in the facility record system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care
- Follow facility protocols and contribute to a culture of safety and respect
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Behavioral Health Professional credential (state license as required)
- Experience working in behavioral health or related clinical settings is preferred
- Comfort with counseling, assessment, and crisis intervention techniques
- Ability to pass required background checks and facility clearance
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Current BLS/CPR preferred or willingness to obtain
Education
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred; Master's degree advantageous
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and diagnostic interviewing
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies
- Trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Skilled documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) use
- Cultural sensitivity and effective communication with diverse populations
- Ability to work within facility safety and security protocols
