Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a licensed LPN
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform routine assessments and monitor vital signs with attention to detail
• Document patient status and care activities clearly in the electronic chart
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about care instructions and follow-up
• Support efficient unit flow by prioritizing tasks and communicating needs
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies

Qualifications

• Current LPN license or vocational nursing certificate (eligible to obtain New Hampshire LPN license prior to start)
• BLS/CPR certification required or willing to obtain before starting
• Comfortable working daytime, Monday–Friday schedule
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Reliable and professional approach to patient care and documentation

Education

• LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate required
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and basic wound care
• Accurate vital sign measurement and patient observation
• Clear, timely documentation in electronic health records
• Prioritization and time management in a busy clinical setting
• Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
• Basic knowledge of infection prevention and safety procedures
