Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living—bathing, dressing, grooming—with compassion and respect
• Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the clinical team promptly
• Provide attentive, person-centered care while documenting interventions accurately
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Deliver warm, respectful companionship that helps residents feel at home

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — required
• T-CNA and Travel CNA experience — preferred
• Available for a 13-week travel assignment starting Jan 22, 2026
• Comfortable working 12.5-hour day shifts on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
• Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) is encouraged if available

Education

• CNA certification (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong hands-on patient care skills and confidence with ADLs
• Clear verbal and written communication for accurate documentation
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Time management and prioritization in a busy care setting
• Infection control principles and safe hygiene practices
• Compassionate bedside manner and cultural sensitivity
