Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse

Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (days not specified)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care to support recovery and daily living
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document in the chart
- Perform clinical assessments and report changes in condition promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow care plans
- Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to facility policies and regulations
- Participate in shift handoffs and communicate key information to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts LPN license or RN license (must be active and in good standing)
- Nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN depending on the role you’re applying for
- Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Prior experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-first attitude
Education
- LPN: Nursing diploma or certificate (site-specific requirements may vary)
- RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and IV/SC knowledge appropriate to licensure
- Clinical assessment and documentation best practices
- Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to work in an electronic health record (EHR) environment
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
