Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care to support recovery and daily living
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document in the chart
• Perform clinical assessments and report changes in condition promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow care plans
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to facility policies and regulations
• Participate in shift handoffs and communicate key information to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts LPN license or RN license (must be active and in good standing)
• Nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN depending on the role you’re applying for
• Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Prior experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-first attitude

Education

• LPN: Nursing diploma or certificate (site-specific requirements may vary)
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and IV/SC knowledge appropriate to licensure
• Clinical assessment and documentation best practices
• Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
• Ability to work in an electronic health record (EHR) environment
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
