Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM; 12-hour night shifts with rotating schedule, includes every other weekend and holiday coverage
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient condition using the nursing process to deliver safe, personalized care
- Administer medications and treatments in line with approved nursing techniques and state practice laws
- Develop, initiate and execute individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
- Document patient care and clinical changes accurately and promptly to support continuity of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient safety and experience
- Provide clinical guidance when floating to other units and help maintain continuity of care
- Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance to improve unit outcomes
- Escalate clinical concerns appropriately to ensure patient safety and timely interventions
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN license
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Flu vaccination required
- Experience with 12-hour night shifts and availability for every other weekend and holiday coverage
- Ability to float to other units as needed
- Experience in a trauma center or exposure to higher-acuity patients is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking and effective communication skills
