Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living and support resident independence
- Contribute to care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — Massachusetts licensure required
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with medication administration, documentation, and basic nursing procedures
Education
- Diploma or Certificate in Practical Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
- Wound care fundamentals and infection prevention
- Accurate charting and documentation practices
- Ability to triage and escalate clinical concerns appropriately
- Time management, organization, and compassionate bedside manner
