Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT and diagnostic X-ray procedures accurately and safely
• Administer and monitor contrast studies with attention to patient safety
• Operate imaging equipment and follow established protocols for quality images
• Document procedures and maintain basic electronic records using facility systems
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to support diagnostic decision-making
• Adhere to radiation safety and infection control practices at all times
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication during procedures

Qualifications

• X-Ray certification required
• CT certification required
• Comfortable performing contrast studies and a variety of diagnostic procedures
• Basic computer skills and basic math competency as required for documentation and dosing
• Ability to participate in shared on-call coverage

Knowledge & Skills

• Computed Tomography (CT) imaging
• Diagnostic X-Ray techniques
• Contrast study administration and monitoring
• Basic computer literacy for imaging systems and charting
• Basic math for dose calculations and measurements
• Familiarity with diagnostic procedure workflows and patient positioning
