Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Monitor and record vital signs and clinical changes, escalating concerns to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians and interdisciplinary staff to deliver excellent care plans
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in clinical charts and handoffs
• Support resident comfort, dignity and safety during night hours
• Participate in infection prevention practices and maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — LPN credential noted in the job posting
• Travel LPN experience preferred (role listed as Travel LPN/T-LPN)
• Comfort and experience working night shift schedules (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Ability to work the listed days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Education

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Reliable documentation and charting abilities
• Good communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritize during busy night shifts
• Adaptability to a travel assignment and new facility protocols
