Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care and assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Measure and record vital signs and observe changes in patient condition, reporting concerns promptly
• Assist nursing staff with treatments and procedures and follow care plans accurately
• Maintain clear, timely documentation to support continuity of care and regulatory compliance
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and patients
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification; T-CNA accepted
• Active state-required credentials and ability to complete facility onboarding and background checks
• Compassionate patient-centered approach with good communication skills
• Previous experience as a CNA is beneficial and welcomed

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Basic infection control and safety practices
• Accurate vital signs collection and documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
