Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately and promptly
• Assist nursing staff with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning
• Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with nurses, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Document care activities in the facility charting system with attention to detail
• Respond calmly to patient needs and escalate concerns to licensed nursing staff as appropriate

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (Class: CNA) required
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift as scheduled
• Comfort working in a team-oriented long-term care or facility setting
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background check, and health screening as required

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care skills including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate resident care
• Comfortable with charting and following care plans
• Respectful, patient-centered approach and attention to detail
