Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition accurately and promptly
- Assist nursing staff with mobility, transfers, and safe patient handling
- Maintain clear, timely documentation to support care plans and continuity
- Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control procedures
- Communicate proactively with the care team and families to advocate for residents
- Participate in shift handoffs and team meetings to ensure seamless care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification suitable for practice in the region
- Comfortable and available to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM schedule, including weekends
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred
- Background check and health clearance per facility requirements
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus but new grads welcome
Education
- Completion of a state-approved LNA training program or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient-centered care skills and compassion for older adults
- Competence in taking and documenting vitals, ADLs, and resident observations
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with nursing staff
- Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
