Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents as an LPN on the unit
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care clearly
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and therapy staff to deliver individualized care plans
• Support residents' comfort and dignity while promoting independence when possible
• Participate in shift handoffs and maintain accurate, timely charting

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain prior to start)
• Previous LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

• Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent vocational training

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid medication administration and documentation skills
• Familiarity with long-term care practices and resident-centered care
• Strong observation and critical thinking to identify changes in condition
• Comfortable with electronic charting or adaptable to facility systems
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize during busy shifts
