Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Shift 2, evening) — schedule as assigned
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to rehab patients, promoting independence and recovery
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vitals to catch changes early
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and nursing teammates to create and follow individualized care plans
- Document patient status, interventions, and progress clearly in the medical record
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility while encouraging rehabilitation goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and families
Qualifications
- Active LPN license for Maryland OR active RN license for Maryland (depending on which role you’re applying for)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Comfortable working the evening (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) shift
- Prior experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting is a plus but motivated learners are welcome
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program for Licensed Practical Nurse roles
- Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program for Registered Nurse roles
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and accurate documentation
- Patient assessment and monitoring of clinical status
- Familiarity with rehab nursing principles and restorative care
- Skilled at time management, prioritization, and patient-centered communication
- Proficient with electronic medical records and charting best practices
