Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; days vary — schedule includes every other weekend and A/B holiday rotation
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting while preserving dignity
- Take and record vital signs and report any changes in condition promptly
- Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Document resident care clearly and accurately in charts or electronic records
- Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention protocols
- Participate in resident engagement and support social well-being
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
- Comfortable working the listed day shift plus every other weekend and A/B holiday rotation
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of state-approved CNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs and basic resident care
- Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
- Able to take and record vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with basic charting and documentation practices
- Good time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
