Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients comprehensively to identify functional limitations and set meaningful goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability
- Administer therapeutic interventions and physical agents with clinical precision
- Document progress clearly and communicate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families to maximize independence and safe transitions of care
- Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to coordinate acute inpatient rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required (Master’s or Doctorate preferred)
- Unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — may be obtained upon hire if needed
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist (acute/inpatient experience a plus)
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Ability to safely function in high-elevation environments (position requires working at ~8,000 ft)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient evaluation and treatment planning for acute care populations
- Experience with inpatient care workflows and acute physical therapy treatment administration
- Strong documentation, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Comfort managing medically complex patients and adapting treatment to acuity
