Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Perform assessments and report changes in patient condition promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within scope
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care plans
• Document patient care, interventions, and responses clearly and timely
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education to support recovery
• Support a positive patient experience by offering attentive, respectful care

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — current and in good standing
• Eligibility or current licensure to practice in New Mexico
• Clinical experience in acute/long-term care settings preferred
• Ability to work full night shifts and communicate effectively with patients and team members

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and basic nursing skillset appropriate for LPN practice
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced clinical settings
• Comfort with electronic charting and following established protocols
