Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents — help with bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers to keep residents comfortable and safe
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Document care accurately and timely in the resident chart
- Support activity participation and social engagement to promote resident well-being
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — T-LNA experience a plus
- CPR/BLS certification required or able to obtain quickly
- Current immunizations and ability to pass required health screenings
- Background check and drug screen clearance as required by facility
- Comfortable assisting with transfers and ADLs; good physical endurance
- Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Education
- High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of ADLs, transfers, and basic nursing care
- Strong infection control and safety practices
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
- Comfortable using basic electronic charting or EHR systems
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
- Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced care setting
