Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour night shift); specific days vary, schedule to be confirmed with facility

Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily living support to residents, helping with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Deliver safe, person-centered care while following care plans and facility protocols
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mealtime support and documentation of intake and output as required
- Support a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control standards
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through clear communication and empathy
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Travel LNA (T-LNA) credential — required
- Comfort working 12-hour night shifts in a long-term care setting
- Current basic immunizations and ability to complete facility onboarding requirements
- Background check and health screening clearance per facility policy
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare environments preferred
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of an approved LNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care and activities of daily living
- Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to observe, document, and escalate changes in resident condition
- Compassionate interpersonal skills and patience with elders and vulnerable populations
- Time management skills for efficient shift work and handoffs
