Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Up to every other weekend (EOW), 1 on-call shift per month, holiday coverage as scheduled; specific start/end times not provided by the client (day/night shifts determined by site)
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to perform diagnostic imaging exams accurately and safely
- Position and prepare patients with care and clear communication to ensure comfort and quality images
- Adhere to radiation safety practices and infection control protocols at all times
- Complete required Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty competency testing promptly
- Verify licensure and maintain certifications to meet facility and regulatory standards
- Document procedures and patient information thoroughly and professionally
- Participate in on-call and holiday coverage as scheduled to support patient care continuity
- Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to deliver timely imaging results
Qualifications
- Active Radiologic Technologist license (state license verification required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Experience with CT imaging; GE scanner experience preferred
- Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
- Up-to-date immunizations and health requirements as listed (COVID-19, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, influenza, Tdap, TB testing/IGRA, physical/health statement, drug screen)
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and holiday coverage
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency operating CT scanners and imaging software (GE experience preferred)
- Strong patient positioning and anatomy knowledge for diagnostic imaging
- Understanding of radiation safety principles and infection control
- Clear, compassionate patient communication and bedside manner
- Accurate documentation and basic computer skills for electronic records
- Comfort completing competency evaluations and maintaining certifications
