Candidate Pay Rate: $76 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT scans with accuracy and patient-centered care
- Position patients safely and explain procedures clearly to reduce anxiety
- Operate CT equipment and follow scanning protocols to produce high-quality images
- Adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards at all times
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure timely results and documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and required paperwork
- Complete required Trinity skills checklist and participate in competency validation
- Support department workflow by assisting with equipment checks and basic maintenance
Qualifications
- ARRT certification (RT (R) (CT)) required
- Active Connecticut state CT license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Successful completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and license/certificate verification
- Must pass required health screenings: fit test, MMR, Hepatitis B, 2-step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, influenza, and Trinity 10 panel drug screen
- Ability to work scheduled 12-hour shifts including weekends and nights
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and anatomy
- Familiarity with DICOM/PACS and digital imaging workflow
- Excellent patient positioning and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of radiation safety principles and ALARA
- Good documentation practices and ability to follow departmental procedures
- Comfort working independently during busy shift periods and communicating with multi-disciplinary teams
