Shift Type: Variable/rotating shifts including weekend coverage: schedule includes up to every-other-weekend (EOW), up to one on-call shift per month, and coverage for any holidays that fall during the contract. Exact daily start/end times are determined by the facility and will be provided by the scheduler.

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging exams following established protocols to deliver diagnostic excellence
• Operate and troubleshoot GE CT scanners and related imaging equipment
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to radiation safety practices
• Verify patient identity, clinical history and exam orders before scanning
• Prepare contrast media and monitor patients as required per protocol
• Maintain accurate documentation in PACS/RIS and assist radiologists with image review
• Complete required Trinity competency testing and checklist items during the assignment
• Participate in the on-call rotation and provide professional coverage for holidays as scheduled

Qualifications

• ARRT-CT certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Active state radiologic technologist license; license/certificate verification required
• GE scanner experience preferred
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty competency testing as part of onboarding
• Current immunizations and health requirements (COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Tdap, 2-step PPD or IGRA) and drug screening

Education

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program preferred
• ARRT-CT certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of CT physics, cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
• Proficiency with GE CT scanners and common scanner workflows
• Knowledge of radiation safety and contrast administration best practices
• Comfortable with PACS/RIS/DICOM systems and accurate documentation
• Excellent patient communication and ability to care for diverse populations
• Ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses and the care team
