Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM (Day shift); includes holidays that fall on scheduled days and requires 2 on-call shifts per month

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in the operating room, supporting surgical teams
- Operate radiographic equipment safely and accurately for intraoperative imaging
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to OR infection control procedures
- Complete required documentation, imaging records, and quality assurance checks
- Respond professionally to on-call activations and emergent imaging needs
- Participate in skills validation such as the Trinity Skills Checklist to maintain competency
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment
Qualifications
- ARRT certification (required)
- Current state license or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho
- BLS certification
- Strong prior experience working in the operating room environment
- Willingness to work Friday through Sunday 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM and cover holidays as scheduled
- Able to take 2 on-call shifts per month
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements including fit test, drug screen, and required immunizations
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in radiologic positioning and intraoperative imaging techniques
- Thorough understanding of operating room workflows and sterile practices
- Strong patient care and safety mindset in perioperative settings
- Familiarity with Trinity Skills Checklist and competency testing
- Proficient in documentation, imaging quality assurance, and equipment safety
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and communicate effectively with surgical teams
