Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans, applying appropriate imaging protocols to produce diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout imaging procedures
• Position patients accurately and explain procedures in a clear, compassionate way
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, reporting any malfunctions or quality issues
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient and imaging records
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and facility policies at all times
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical teams to support patient care
• Complete required competency testing and skills checklists as requested by the site

Qualifications

• Experience with CT / Computed Tomography (CT) procedures
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Valid state license or certification as applicable, with License/Certificate Verification
• Ability to pass Trinity specialty competency testing and Trinity skills checklist
• Willingness to comply with required health screenings and testing (Trinity 10-panel drug screen, fit test, immunizations)
• Comfort working nights and weekends as part of the schedule

Education

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT imaging protocols
• Strong patient positioning and patient care skills
• Understanding of radiation safety principles and infection control
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with radiologists and clinical staff
• Ability to document procedures accurately and use imaging software/workflow systems
