Shift Type: Rotating 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week; weekday and weekend on-call (specific start/end times to be confirmed with scheduler)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert surgical technologist support during robotic, vascular, and neurosurgery procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile field, instruments, and robotic equipment for cases
- Anticipate surgeon needs and efficiently pass instruments and devices to support smooth case flow
- Assist with robotic system setup, instrument exchange, and intraoperative troubleshooting
- Perform Trinity specialty-specific competency tasks and maintain required documentation
- Follow hospital infection control, safety protocols, and pre-op/post-op procedures
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to urgent surgical needs
Qualifications
- Certified or experienced Surgical Technologist with demonstrated OR experience
- Experience in robotic surgery as well as vascular and neurosurgery cases
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Successful completion of Trinity specialty specific competency testing and Trinity skills checklist
- License/certificate verification as required by the facility
- Up-to-date immunizations and screening: fit test, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, 2-step PPD or IGRA, COVID-19 and influenza vaccines, and drug screen
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven knowledge of robotic systems and instrumentation for minimally invasive procedures
- Strong familiarity with vascular and neurosurgical instrument sets
- Excellent sterile technique and operating room protocol knowledge
- Ability to anticipate surgical team needs and maintain efficient case flow
- Comfortable with OR documentation and checklist workflows
