Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services across primarily outpatient care with some inpatient coverage (about 80/20 split)
• Assess patient function, develop individualized treatment plans, and track measurable progress
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and progress patients toward meaningful goals
• Document evaluations, treatments and outcomes accurately and timely in the record system
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in required Trinity competency testing and skills checklists to maintain high standards

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (license verification required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Successful completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist
• Ability to work the posted day 4x10 schedule (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Up-to-date immunizations and required health screenings (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, 2-step PPD or IGRA, COVID-19, Influenza) and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong outpatient physical therapy assessment and treatment skills
• Experience or comfort providing some inpatient coverage
• Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual techniques and functional mobility training
• Excellent documentation and clinical reasoning skills
• Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment
• Comfort with competency testing and adherence to facility policies and infection control procedures
