Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging studies accurately and efficiently, delivering high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate multimodality equipment while adhering to radiation safety and infection control standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to ensure timely, patient-centered care
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
• Complete required Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and skills checklists
• Ensure equipment readiness and report any technical issues for prompt resolution
• Provide compassionate patient preparation, positioning, and education throughout imaging exams

Qualifications

• Certified/registered technologist in CT and X-ray modalities (appropriate ARRT or state credentials expected)
• BLS certification (current)
• State license/certification verification as required by the facility
• Ability to complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Willingness and ability to complete required health screenings: fit test, 10-panel drug screen, color vision, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, PPD or IGRA, varicella, and a physical/health statement

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT and X-ray imaging protocols and multimodality principles
• Comfortable with patient positioning, radiation dose optimization, and safety practices
• Familiarity with imaging workflow, EMR documentation, and communicating results to clinical teams
• Ability to handle night-shift demands with professionalism and attention to detail
• Skill in performing under periodic competency testing and maintaining certifications
