Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety
• Perform patient screening and preparation, including verifying identity and addressing contraindications
• Follow Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklist to maintain procedural standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and the clinical team to ensure accurate imaging protocols and timely results
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with patients to reduce anxiety and optimize cooperation
• Ensure proper documentation, infection control, and equipment checks per facility policies
• Participate in required health and safety screenings and maintain compliance with required certifications

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (required)
• License/Certificate Verification as required by the facility
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist (facility requirements)
• Ability to pass Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, color vision screening, fit test, and required immunizations/vaccine checks
• Willingness to comply with facility health requirements including TB testing (2-step PPD or IGRA), COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and influenza vaccination or declination processes

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in MRI procedures and safety protocols
• Patient positioning and preparation for MRI exams
• Familiarity with facility competency testing and documentation workflows
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary teamwork
• Attention to infection control, equipment maintenance, and accurate record-keeping
