Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic exams with care and attention to detail
• Position patients safely and compassionately, ensuring dignity and comfort
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment following safety and quality protocols
• Collaborate with the radiology team and report findings to radiologists accurately
• Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and department policies
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain patient records with integrity
• Participate in competency testing and continuous learning to keep skills sharp

Qualifications

• Valid radiologic technologist license or certification as required by state (License/Certificate Verification required)
• BLS certification required
• Willingness and ability to work third-shift hours and participate in holiday rotation
• Successful completion of facility onboarding checks, including Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklist
• Ability to pass fit test and a Trinity 10-panel drug screen and required immunizations

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of radiographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Understanding of radiation safety and infection control practices
• Comfort with competency-based testing and checklist-driven performance
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and the clinical team
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and quality assurance
